Only 20 miles northwest of Brackettville with elevations of 1278 feet to 1440 feet, this excellent cedar, huisachillo, huisache and blue sage wildlife habitat populated with trophy whitetail, turkey, dove and quail is conveniently located at the intersection of FM 3008 and FM 2523 and is surrounded by 4,000 acre, 10,000 acre and 20,000 acre ranches. The center of the ranch has a large hill with beautiful views overlooking thickly wooded creek bottoms on all sides with highway frontage. The perimeter is game-fenced on 2 sides and there two sub pump water wells. One is 300 feet deep with 105 feet of water. The other well at the headquarters is 95 feet deep. There is almost 21,000 feet of perimeter fencing with about 11,000 feet of frontage on FM 2523 with an interior road system, 5 blinds, 5 feeders and a concrete dam on a solid rock basin water hole in one of the creek bottoms. Rio Grande Electric Co-op electric lines are available on the north and east sides of the ranch with electricity installed to the lodge.
Directions to land
Beginning in Brackettville, Texas proceed west on US 90 toward Del Rio, Texas. At the intersection of US 90 & FM 3008 turn right & proceed north on FM 3008 to the intersection of FM 3008 & FM 2523. The south corner of the property is across from this intersection. Turn right & proceed north on FM 2523. The property is on the west side of FM 2523 & is marked by Kerbow Land Company signs. The property is locked and tours must be conducted by Kerbow Land Company.
